Divisional Manager – Driving Recruitment
Location: Midlands Region

Salary: £50,000 basic + OTE £70,000

TSS Talent Partners are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, Midlands-based recruitment business to appoint an experienced Divisional Manager within their Driving & Logistics division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware recruitment professional to step into a leadership role within a respected and growing organisation.

The Role

As Divisional Manager, you will take ownership of a successful Driving recruitment division, leading from the front in a hands-on capacity. This is a delivery-focused role (70% delivery / 30% strategy), where you will play a key part in maintaining high service standards while driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Driving & Logistics consultants
• Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across a loyal client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Support key placements and prioritise business-critical roles
• Work closely with the Sales Manager on new business opportunities
• Attend client meetings and contribute to business growth strategies
• Identify potential challenges and proactively implement solutions

About You

We’re looking for a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience within Transport & Logistics / Driving recruitment
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support business development
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach
• Leadership qualities with a “lead by example” attitude
• The ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic input
